Rates & conditions

St Gall Writer's Retreat will rent for the following rates. 

• A day rate on weekdays (minimum stay 2 continuous days Monday-Friday) $130/day + GST, checkin after 10am, checkout by 5pm final day
• A flat rate for weekend stays (Friday night arrive after 5pm, stay until checkout by 5pm Sunday) $290 + GST.
• Extending your weekend stay until Monday morning incurs an additional $95 + GST, checkout by Monday 9am, subject to availability
• The property will be listed on stayz.com.au and all bookings will be via that website
• Access to the dwelling will be obtained via virtual keys, which will be emailed to you once you have booked, and activated for the duration of your stay (disabled thereafter)
• St Gall is an intentionally minimal experience
• As such, no bed linen is provided! Please bring a sleeping bag and pillow for your comfort, or similar
• Basic cooking equipment is provided for your convenience, but treat us like a National Park - please take your rubbish and uneaten food away with you, and seek to leave few traces
